The Afro Spiritual Dance Jam series provides accessible movement classes to movers of all backgrounds, experiences, and ages. Utilizing West African based movement vocabulary, and with a soundtrack of music from throughout the African diaspora, participants engage with their spirituality through dance.

I work with both individual clients and groups, training them in the fundamentals of Afro Diasporic dance and developing unique choreography to help fit their artistic development goals.
